How Membership Billing Works
We offer two convenient billing dates: the 1st or the 15th—you choose what works best for you.
When you sign up, you’ll pay for your first 30 days upfront. After that, we align your account with your selected billing date.
Because of this, your next payment may feel close together—but don’t worry, it’s just a small prorated amount to cover the gap between your first 30 days and your billing date.
Example:
-
Sign up on the 12th
-
Your 30 days ends around the 10th
-
Choose the 15th → you’ll only pay for a few days
-
Choose the 1st → you’ll pay for a longer gap (still prorated)
After that, your billing is consistent every month.
Important:
Memberships have a 3-month commitment, require a 30-day notice to cancel, and can be frozen for $5/month while keeping your pricing and perks.

What happens next?
Before your first 30 days are up, we run a small prorated payment to align you with your billing date. After that, your membership renews on the same date each month. When you join on a billing date (1st or 15th), your next payment won’t be until the following billing day, and it will be the full monthly amount.
